Hello, my name is Andi Hayman. I have a Bachelor of Science for Interior Design and Architecture and a Certified Remodeling Project Manager. I have spent the last 16 years working in the South Florida area, Bucks County, PA; New York and the Bahamas. My work includes luxury penthouses, secondary homes, spacious primary residences, home renovations from bathrooms to full redesign, exterior living spaces and more. I enjoy being able to create custom individualized homes that engulf the lifestyle and comfort of each client.
As you can see from my portfolio, I embrace each client’s different style and expand on what they envision to create something custom for each of them.
Design Philosophy
What sets me apart from other designers is my uniqueness that comes from each project. I do not repeat material, fixtures, art, or wall covering concepts. No two clients are the same so no two residences should be the same. My broad product knowledge expands my clients abilities beyond what they see at every furniture store. I am a local vendor for everything I present to my clients. This gives them full control of how a piece of furniture will look from finish to fabric. I get to know my clients and listen to them. My passion for interior design and construction gives way to creative opportunities clients might overlook. I bring to the forefront of each project, the client and their vision. Allowing their creativity to become a realization. If you can dream it, I can design and help you build it. I use stateof-the-art technology to bring my projects to life. Today 3D modeling allows the client to reach into the home and see how it looks and functions. I always encourage my clients to take their time and make the right decisions at conception.
Collaboration & Community
I have expanded my knowledge of construction and pushing into the structural components of building. Understanding how the home is built allows us to work from the beginning and guarantee success throughout the project. I partner with contractors and subcontractors to guide us through the construction/design process. I believe in a strong team that all works together for the client.
